Our Staff Brenda M. Olson - President As ORG's founder and shareholder, Brenda is responsible for developing and directing ORG Captive Management and ORG Risk Management services. Brenda holds an MBA in Risk and Insurance (University of Wisconsin) with professional designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).  Brenda has been actively involved in helping clients tap into captive insurance, self insurance, and risk retention group alternatives since 1986.   Brenda's 20+ years of contributions to the captive insurance industry earned her a spot on Business Insurance's 2007 list of "Women to Watch."  She is Chairperson of the Montana Captive Insurance Association. Patrick M. McCabe - Financial Services Leader, MBA Patrick delivers a wide variety of accounting services, GAAP and SAP financial statement preparation, tax and accounting research, and statutory reporting  services for our captive and RRG clients. Patrick holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance (Florida Institute of Technology) and recently earned a Masters in Business Administration (University of Montana).  Patrick has a wide range of financial and tax experience working with start-up to Fortune 100 companies. Gail L. Whitney - Policy Administration & Claims, MPA Gail assists ORG’s clients in managing their reinsurance and claims management programs.  Gail has 17 years of professional experience in claims management, quality assurance programs, physician credentialing, and regulatory compliance. Gail earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Pacific Lutheran University, her Masters in Public Administration with emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Idaho State University, and is completing her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Jessica A. Heil - Financial Account Manager, MA Jessica provides financial accounting, advisory, and regulatory reporting services for ORG’s captive and RRG clients. Jessica has 8 years experience in private and public accounting and worked as a controller for Rocky Mountain Builders before joining ORG. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree and her Masters in Accounting degree at Montana State University in Bozeman. Barry L. Olson - Information Technology Services Barry helps our clients and staff use technology to efficiently and effectively gather, analyze, and distribute information.  Duties also include helping clients select, implement and modify third party software solutions  as well as custom application and web development. Barry has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Computer Science (University of Wisconsin) and 25 years of business IT experience mostly as an independent consultant. Sheila N. Buswell - Financial Services Assistant Sheila's primary responsibilities are to provide financial services necessary to Captive Management clients.  Her duties include claims management, accounts payable, premiums receivable, and banking and investment reconciliation. Sheila has a BA in Corporate Accounting (St. Joseph's College).  She brings to ORG many years of experience in business management,  finance management and health care administration.
